Every year, I get excited to celebrate the start of the fall racing season with hauntingly fun challenges and, trust me, this year is going to be no exception. Now, if you know me, you know I love adding that little bit of extra to everything, whether it's strength, wellness or mobility work, but I always make sure we're having fun with it. And when Halloween comes around, we sprinkle in some extra witchy magic.
