This is the "Bigger" version of the #LibraryShelfieDay for the long run. Lace-up and join us as we give you recommendations for podcasts, movies, music, and books that are all about running. These will surely give you an extra pep in your step and get you hyped for your runs or perfect inspiration on your rest days.
Today's workout will be structured as follows -
2 min dynamic stretches:
5 min walking warm-up
10 min endurance pace (podcast recommendations)
2 min uptempo or pace change
10 min endurance pace (book recommendations)
2 min uptempo or pace change
1-minute walk at the Halfway mark
10 min endurance pace (music)
2 min uptempo or pace change
10 min endurance pace (movies)
2 min uptempo or pace change
5 min walking cool-down as we tackle "cross-training questions with the coaches"
